T o the left of this panel is the entire collection of CCSI 2U servers including our 2U Value Servers, our 2U Performance Servers, our 2U Storage Servers, our 2U Appliance and Small Form Factor servers, our 2U Cluster and HPC Servers and our 2U Virtualization Servers. With the doubling of height from 1U to 2U or 3.5 inches of vertical rack space, comes the possibility of running three full sized full length expansion cards via a riser card, or up to seven low profile slots. Disk drive count is also increased, up to eight 3.5 inch or up to twenty four 2.5 inch drives can be installed in a 2U server. Alternatively, if hard drives and expansion slots are not what you need, but rather computing power, a 2U CCSI Performance Twin Server can accommodate 4 independent systems with redundant power in a single chassis. In fact you could have four Dual Processor Quad Core Xeon RAID 5 servers with hot spare hard drives in a single 2U chassis! CCSI 2U servers cover the spectrum from high efficiency low power green computing platforms to ultra high performance dual processor or quad processor six core AMD Opteron™ servers and quad core dual processor Intel Xeon™ Nehalem socket 1366 servers to 15 terabyte 2U storage servers with up to 24 x 2.5” 650Gig hard drives.
